• Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We realize that sometimes being late is not        avoidable and we absolutely understand that. However, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate other scheduled guests. Guests who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled services.

• A spa session includes time for consultation and dressing. Any addons or upgrades are charged in addition to the spa session.

• We accept cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express credit cards. We do not accept personal checks.

• Please do not bring valuables with you as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

• Here at Serene Day Spa we love  children, although we ask that you make child care arrangements prior to your appointment. This ensures the safety of your children as well as a relaxing environment for all clients. We respectfully request that all clients are at least 12 years of age.
